Job Details
Excellent new opportunity for an NQ property finance lawyer to join this leading regional firm based in the Wye Valley.
Our client has an excellent reputation for commercial property work and is one of the leading law firms in the region.
Due to an influx of new instructions, the firm seeks to appoint an additional NQ solicitor to join the team focusing on property and property finance work. Working closely with a regarded partner on behalf of a range of clients including funders, retailers, investors looking to sell, acquire or borrow against properties, and banks looking to lend and take security over property or developments, this is an excellent opportunity offering genuinely exciting long-term prospects.
This role would suit a 2020 or 2021 qualifier (recently admitted or due to be admitted later in the year) with at least one commercial property or banking seat and having trained with another recognised firm. Previous property finance experience would be beneficial.
