The Role

The firm are looking to hire an ambitious Dispute Resolution Solicitor into their thriving Essex office

The firm are expanding at a fast rate, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive and ambition to the Dispute Resolution team.

The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of litigious matters such as:

  • Employment Disputes
  • Debt Recovery
  • Contract Disputes
  • Contentious Probate
  • Landlord & Tenant Disputes
  • General Commercial Litigation

Requirements:

  • You will be a Litigator, Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Senior Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE +
  • (There is no upper limit in PQE)
  • Legal Executives welcome to apply also.
  • Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous
  • You should have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair
