The Role:

The firm is looking for a commercially astute, entrepreneurial Commercial Litigation Associate to join their highly regarded Commercial Litigation team, in their recently renovated Manchester office.

Due to the abundance of work, you will be supported to undertake work that suits your background and interests. The team covers a broad range of matters, including commercial fraud, professional negligence, product liability, supply chain, warranty disputes etc. There is a good mix of both local and international work, and there is a high level of collaboration between offices throughout the UK and internationally.

You will have a significant amount of client contact, that will allow you to build your profile and reputation, whilst having support from senior Lawyers and Partners. This will build your confidence whilst sharpening your technical ability.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
  • You will have first-class communication skills
  • Be a commercially astute individual, with a flair for business development
  • Able to work closely with colleagues within your team, and the wider department
