THE FIRM

THE ROLE

• To provide comprehensive, day to day administrative and project support to the firm's central KM team and championing the team and its role in meeting the firm's strategy.
• To provide administrative support to the wider KL&D team, as required, to meet the KL&D team's strategic objectives and budget responsibilities.
• This is a varied role with high levels of autonomy and responsibility, allowing you to get involved with all aspects of KM (both technology and non-technology based) as well as business as usual work.

THE PERSON

• Good command of the English language
• Good communication skills and a confident approach
• Proactive and prepared to use initiative
• A quick learner
• Ability to work with minimum supervision, in an autonomous and independent way, taking ownership of tasks and projects
• High degree of commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to the wider business and the knowledge agenda
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work
• Team player with an enthusiastic manner
