Regional law firm recognised for their real estate practice seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor 4+ years PQE to be based in their Chippenham office.

The role:
Opening for a Commercial Property Solicitor 4+ years PQE to be based in Chippenham.
You'll be joining a very successful team within the commercial property space that has the capacity to have someone come in and evolve with the department as it continues to grow.
Given the reputation of the team, there is a varied caseload for you to take ownership of. You will be an established lawyer and able to oversee transactions independently and play an active role in growing and developing the real estate offering at the firm.
You'll be able to demonstrate effective business development capabilities as the firm want someone who is able to build new relationships to further strengthen their foothold in the market.
Requirements:
· You will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor 4+ years PQE
· Excellent technical knowledge with a clear commercial focus
· Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects
