Our client is a highly regarded international law firm which has been making significant progress in recent years in developing its international network and range of services. The firm is committed to growing and developing as one of the leading law firms in the global market.
As part of its strategy, the firm is looking to develop its corporate practice in London further. The firm already has a strong offering nationally and internationally, but there remain opportunities to contribute and to have a genuine impact. The team is active in several sectors but is open to building on its success, values a diversity of work and will consider adding complementary practices. Your experience may be in mainstream M&A, private equity or ECM work and the firm is open to those whose practices cover a range of deal sizes, including the SME and mid-cap market up to larger corporate transactions.
