Paralegal

An opportunity has arisen to a paralegal with commercial contracts experience to join the legal team of a listed global business.  Based in Birmingham with a mix of office and remote working. This position has arisen to support the existing legal team of a large listed multinational business. A 12 month fixed term contract will be offered in the first instance.

You will work with experienced lawyers in the business and support the business primarily in relation to drafting and reviewing commercial contracts: supply agreements, terms and conditions, distribution agreements and NDAs. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in wider legal areas such as disputes, compliance, data protection and employment matters.

To be successful you must have 2 years’ experience of working as a paralegal in a commercial environment where you have gained good experience in commercial contracts.
