Through ongoing success this leading Legal500 ranked firm are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join their high performing team in St Albans!

This is an exciting new chapter for an exceptionally entrepreneurial and multi award winning practice. The firm have established themselves as a true leader in Family Law and a go to provider for all clients in the region and nationally, with a focus on HNWI.

They are headed up by a highly regarded senior management team, who are Legal500 recognised are known to be disruptive in their specialist fields, with their fresh ideas and approach to client care.

You will find a network of offices around the South of England, which house some of the region's top Family Lawyers; with strong links to London meanwhile providing sound legal advice to a national client base.

The Role

This regional heavyweight practice are now seeking an experienced Legal Director or Partner, to join their team in St Albans.

This firm are dedicated to investing and developing their offering; for this reason, they are seeking entrepreneurial individuals to join the team, where you will benefit from full support and backing from a leading Legal500.

This is a rare opportunity to part of something fresh, yet established, without the risk - where you can put your stamp on the role, with the firm offering autonomy. There is an existing, high quality caseload available for you to come into, however you will be responsible for further developing this alongside the Partnership team.

Although this opportunity will be based around your specialist areas, you will be expected to have a broad knowledge across all areas of private Family matters including:

  • Divorce
  • Financial Disputes
  • Children
  • Prenuptial and Postnuptial agreements
  • Civil Partnerships and Injunctions

The team have a wealth of experience working with a variety of local, regional clients including medium and HWNI. This firm will also provide you with all resources needed to further build your regional reputation including, Marketing, identifying and organising Seminars and Business Development opportunities.

Requirements

  • You will be a Family Lawyer with 8 PQE +
  • (There is no upper limit in PQE)
  • Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues
  • You should have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair
