Technology and Data Privacy Lawyers - flexible consulting opportunities

We are seeing a growing number of requests from clients seeking experienced technology lawyers and data privacy lawyers. We have opportunities for you if you are interested in working with leading in-house legal teams on a consultant basis - either full, part-time or ad hoc. 

Experience required:

Strong technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

• General commercial contract review, negotiation and management
• Data privacy -  hands-on experience of addressing a variety of privacy and data protection issues
• IT / technology law -  such as e-commerce, software licensing, IT security, telecoms, outsourcing and supply agreements

You will need to be qualified in England & Wales with recent in-house experience. We are also keen to hear from lawyers from other jurisdictions, in particular German or French qualified lawyers.

You will be available to work between one and five days a week, either at our clients’ offices (should restrictions allow) or remotely, and be able to start a role immediately or within the next few months. A right to work and reside in the UK is essential.
