Property Development Solicitor - 3-8PQE

Pure Search are instructed by one of the leading names in the real estate market who are looking to grow their residential development team with multiple hires.

The Company:

Our client has a long-standing reputation for their real estate practice, with it forming a key pillar of the firm's identity. Very much a City-based practice with a more relaxed approach, the firm have developed a reputation for working with some of the biggest developers and investment companies in the market, often overseeing sales at exhibitions in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.

This is fantastic opportunity for an enterprising associate or senior associate to work on a portfolio including some of the most prestigious and iconic landmark developments in London and across the UK, working with a high-profile and high-net-worth international client base.

The Role:

Sitting within the Residential Development Group, forming part of the wider Real Estate practice, the role will include:

• Acting for some of the UK's largest property developers on a range of matters including set up of new build property schemes and managing sales to domestic and overseas investors;
• Liaising with lenders in respect of funding arrangements including Help to Buy and Sharia finance;
• Overseeing the full life cycle of a property transaction, from initial instruction and AML elements through to post-completion formalities;
• Attending property exhibitions in the Far East;
• Managing and overseeing a team of junior associates and paralegals.

About You:

You will have gained at least 3 years post-qualified experience, working with plot sales or residential development sales. You will ideally have experience managing people and have a genuine interest in playing a key role in developing an established and market-leading team moving forward. You should have a strong academic background and a keen interest in forming long-standing relationships with your clients.
