The team acts for corporate and public clients in relation to complex litigation predominantly in the UK.
The team covers a broad range of complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters. There is a special interest in technology and IT matters.
THE PERSON
* 5PQE + commercial litigation solicitor
* Able to demonstrate a real passion for commercial litigation and arbitration
* Experience in commercial, technology and IT disputes
* Ability to develop business
