Are you a junior Corporate Solicitor NQ-3 years PQE looking to join a Top 100 practice with an enviable client base?

The role:
The firm is seeking to hire a Corporate Solicitor NQ-3 years to join their Oxford office.
You will have a good level of corporate experience to draw on, taking on a range of work covering restructures, start-ups, M&A, private equity and venture capital.
There will be an opportunity to get involved in more complex projects that are multi-jurisdictional in nature, so any experience with this level of work is highly valuable.
Requirements:
- You will be a Corporate Solicitor NQ-3 years PQE
- Sharp technical abilities and attention to detail
- Advanced communication skills and able to work collaboratively
