**US FIRM** Corporate Associate 2-5PQE

A highly respected US law firm are looking to hire a Corporate associate to undertake a particularly broad based role within their London office. The firm can offer a wide variety of work, an attractive remuneration package and the chance to play a key role in this small and collegiate team.

The successful candidate will undertake a particularly varied role, being involved in a full range of M&A (public and private), ECM and venture capital transactions. The work will often be cross-border with the firm itself boasting a real international presence. The team operate across a variety of sectors but do have a focus on working with high-end clients in the retail, leisure and financial services sector. The team consists of two Partners and two associates and therefore would suit an individual who thrives in a smaller team who is looking to undertake a more autonomous role. The new joiner will likely have a broad practice with significant exposure to M&A and ECM transactions however, this is not a prerequisite to be considered for the vacancy.

The firm are looking to hire an England and Wales qualified lawyer with a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience within an International, Silver Circle, Magic Circle or US Corporate practice. A strong academic record is required to be considered.
