In-house Property Solicitor

Home-based working with possibility of flexible hours.

Errington Legal have an exciting opportunity for a commercial property solicitor looking to move in-house, to support our clients' existing in-house function for a rapidly expanding company who operate nationwide and offer a fantastic work life balance.

The successful candidate will have 2-5 years PQE and will be expected to advise on a full range of Commercial Property matters which will also include Franchising and some Corporate Restructuring but with a focus on Landlord and Tenant work. Ideally you will have a background in Landlord and Tenant or Retail and Leisure, however this is not essential. 

The ideal candidate will be confident and motivated, yet happy to be supervised, while taking on board how the company function and supporting business initiatives and targets.

The role would be entirely remote with flexible working, and there is no requirement for the candidate to be tied to any specific geographical location, therefore it is an opportunity for the right fit candidate to take on the position.
