The Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a highly respected, Legal 500 ranked Commercial Property department in Liverpool City Centre.

You will join the team at a senior level, mentoring and supervising Junior Associates and working closely with the Partners on strategic planning and business development. You will have a high level of client contact that will allow you to make a name for yourself in the market and establish strong relationships with clients.

The Real Estate team is one of the largest in the UK and is widely seen as a market leader. Their high calibre client base includes major national developers, retailers, banks, and investors.

This high performing, multi-award winning Real Estate team is well-known for its 'down to earth' approach and unrivalled technical ability.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
  • Have gained experience at a city or large regional law firm
  • You will be comfortable working independently, and collaborating effectively as part of a team
  • Be willing to get involved in business development
  • Be keen to grow your skill base and progress your career at a leading international law firm.
