Corporate Tax Lawyers (2-5 PQE) – Established US Firm Offering Excellent Work/Life Balance

This established US firm is currently recruiting for a mid-level corporate tax associate to join their small but established practice in London.

The tax team is made up of highly-rated UK qualified partners, bringing extensive knowledge and experience of cross-border transactional tax advice in M&A, real estate, and private equity.

In line with the firm’s strength in the industry, the tax team act for a number of the biggest private equity and real estate investment firms, but have also worked for domestic and international corporates, developing new and innovative tax structures to account for recent or future changes in the legal tax framework both in the UK and globally.

The partners are primarily interested in hearing from candidates with around 2-5 years of PQE gained in a corporate tax practice within another leading international firm in London.
