This is an unique opportunity for a corporate lawyer to join the legal consultancy division of one of the world's leading professional services organisations in one of the fastest growing practice areas in the firm.
Our client is now seeking a talented M&A/corporate lawyer with circa 3-5 years PQE* to join the team to advise an impressive range of international corporate and private equity clients across a variety of industries. You will also work closely with the firm's wider deal team (including legal and non legal subject matter experts) and you will have responsibility for managing a team as well as coordinating the delivery of high quality legal work.
