IP/IT Lawyer - Leading US Investment Bank
Our client, a leading US investment bank, is looking for an experienced TMT lawyer to join their London legal team. The successful candidate will focus on technology transactional work primarily for wholesale businesses and corporate functions.
Responsibilities
- Structuring, drafting, negotiation and analysis of agreements for the acquisition of global and domestic technology products and services.
- Support regulatory and advisory work with respect to outsourcing, offshoring, cloud, inter-affiliate services, and other technology-related issues.
- Review, interpret and negotiate agreements with suppliers, advising clients and partners on rights and responsibilities related to those agreements.
- Interpret contractual requirements based on information provided by internal business partners.
- Negotiate standard and customised contracts.
Skills and Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with 4+ years of experience
