The Role

2+ PQE Projects/Construction Solicitor to join Top 50 Commercial Law firm in Bristol

Due to continued investment, a 2-4 PQE Solicitor has the opportunity to join the national Projects team in an advisory role.

Headed up by a key player in the wider industry, whilst working alongside those with a contentious background, you will support property developers, energy and utilities companies, contractors, large sub-contractors and various significant public sector organisations.

Utilising your existing experience in Projects/Construction transactions and standard contract forms including Model Services Contract, JCT and NEC, you'll support regional and national projects that are often first-of-their-kind.

As you work on increasing complex projects, you will forge relationships with current and future clients whilst contributing to the unit's strategic direction.

Long-term, you will be encouraged to achieve Associate/Senior status over time, supported by a structured development pathway that's based on merit.

The Requirements

  • 2+ years PQE in non-contentious construction/projects
  • Successful BD history, with enthusiasm to bolster client relationships
  • Interest in expanding upon technical and commercial skills

In joining one of the UK's leading Projects teams, you will be well-placed for continued progression from Day 1, working with an enviable client base in a team that blends City working within a people-focused backdrop.
