The Role

This is a brilliant opportunity for a FS Regulatory and Funds Associate to join this US firm within their City of London office

The London Investment Management & Funds team is part of a global group that is one of the largest and most experience Investment Management groups. With teams based across US, Europe, Asia and Australia there is an exceptional amount of depth of knowledge and experience.

As part of the group you will be exposed to a variety of clients including investment managers, brokers, custodians, fund service providers and operating platforms. They also act for investment vehicles (open- and closed-end funds) such as UCITS, hedge funds, private funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and segregated institutional portfolio

You will be:

• Working across multiple jurisdictions with a large amount of client engagement
• You will be working on a range of regulated areas by the FCA and PRA including asset management, broking, derivatives trading, payment services, banking, e-money, fintech/crowdfunding, consumer finance services, insurance mediation and money laundering etc.
• Of these asset management regulatory experience will be most valued within AIFMD, UCITS, MiFID, PRIIPS.

Requirements

• You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE
• Experience within a strong City practice or in-house environment
• Experienced in Financial regulatory matters
