Senior Litigation Associate/Partner

We are currently seeking a Senior Associate/Partner in Commercial Litigation to join a thriving and highly regarded team based in Cambridge.

The successful candidate will take on a varied and interesting workload of litigious matters including contractual disputes, product liability and software development disputes; warranty claims arising on the sale and purchase of businesses; disputes between shareholders, partners in unincorporated partnerships and members in limited liability partnerships; insurance and judicial review claims. 

Sectors include technology, professional services and education, for regional, national and international clients.

You will need to have excellent client care and inter-personal skills, and the ability to lead and develop a team, with an appetite for building strong client relationships. You will also be expected show a keen interest in business development and maintaining excellent pre-existing relationships.

Interviews will be conducted over video.
