This Thames Valley-based firm has taken the strategic decision to invest significantly in the continued growth of its Private Wealth & Tax Department. To this end, it seeks to recruit an additional Partner or high calibre Senior Associate. This is an exciting phase in the continued growth of the firm. The expansion is well-planned and supported by an impressive management team who expertly execute the agreed strategy to deliver the high expectations of the firm’s Partners.

They are well structured with excellent support services.  The approach to the management of the business provides leadership whilst retaining the flexibility to recognise and reward individual contribution.  There are many strengths.  They attract and retain high calibre lawyers. THE ROLE

They have taken the strategic decision to recruit an additional Private Client Partner to support this thriving team.  This is an exciting phase – the team has performed exceptionally well and represents a major part of the firm and its ongoing strategy. This performance has been recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers.  

There is an attractive spread of private client services to high net worth individuals and families. The team has experience in trust and estate planning, as well as the administration of estates and Court of Protection applications.  On the contentious side, the firm represents clients in trust and probate disputes.  It also offers asset protection and tax planning, and frequently deals with cross-border issues.  

The role will allow you to develop significantly and enhance your career, giving you the chance to play to your personal strengths. Initiative and collaboration are encouraged.  Importantly you will be highly valued and supported.
