Job Details
Our client is an international Oil & Gas exploration and production company, a leading player in both the Gulf and the global market. Their legal department is well managed and is looking to hire a Legal Counsel to work in the upstream/LNG section of their legal team.
The role involves advising the commercial teams on legal matters arising from the exploration, production and then (international) sale of natural gas, gas liquids and refined products. Candidates with a common law background is beneficial, although those with a civil law background and international experience will also be considered. They must have at least 6 years' PQE, gained in either the energy team of a law firm with an excellent reputation in the energy industry or within the legal team of another E&P company or a combination of the two.
Remuneration: £110K - £130K+ bonus (tax free)
