Opportunity available for ambitious corporate lawyer with big ticket M&A experience for the highly rated Singapore office of this top tier US law firm. Applications are therefore sought from UK/Australian/New Zealand qualified associates with 5-6 PQE (on a UK scale) who are either on the ground in Singapore or open to relocation and wanting to join a firm that can offer a truly invigorating and dynamic working environment, representing a plethora of major clients across the Asia Pacific region.
Possessing a superb academic pedigree and experience gained with a top flight corporate practice, you will have worked on a wide range of cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, investments, divestments, venture capital financings, restructurings, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements. Clients are diverse spanning private equity houses and other financial sponsor clients and their portfolio companies active Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Myanmar and India.
