Job Details
We are under instruction from a number of top flight US law firms who are looking to add high calibre corporate associates with demonstrable Private Equity expertise to their ranks in London and overseas (specifically, Asia). In all cases these firms offer access to big ticket work, increased autonomy and direct responsibility for clients in addition to superb compensation packages.
Opportunities are available from Junior to Senior Associate, while overseas qualified lawyers with practical London experience gained with a Magic/Silver Circle or equivalent law firm will also be considered.
Those lawyers looking to raise their profile with clients in the PE space, perhaps with an eye to an in-house move in the future, would be advised to consider the benefits a strategic move to a US firm can offer, over an above financial considerations (which are of course considerable).
