Your new firm
This premier firm are top of their game in the Employment sector, dominating the directory ratings and handling major instructions for both major private and public-sector clients.


Your new role
You will provide advice to a wide range of both private and public-sector clients on all aspects of employment law. You will be involved in Strategic employment law, Major HR projects (i.e. outsourcing and restructuring), Employment law compliance, Executive severance, Trade union and collective issues and Employment contracts and policies.

You will advise on the full range of employment tribunal and High Court litigation, including team moves and enforcing restrictive covenants.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be an established Employment lawyer who has worked for a respected City or national firm with a highly regarded Employment practice and be looking to develop your career with a national leader.

You will have excellent client relationship management skills and be used to supervising juniors within your own team.
