The Role
The firm are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into their office in Peterborough
The firm are seeking an experienced Senior Associate seeking the step up to Partnership, or an existing Partner, seeking a lateral move into a more well-established regional practice offering full investment for you to further develop your team.
You will be working within one of the regions strongest Commercial Property teams and will play a pivotal role, working with existing Partners to drive the department forwards and ensure future success.
This is a varied role where you will manage your own varied caseload including:
- Landlord and tenant
- Commercial Leases
- Corporate support
- Development
This firm attract a high-end client base which includes investors, developers, high net worth individuals and Property companies from the local area and beyond, so you must be ambitious to progress and manage these relationships.
Requirements
- You will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 1 PQE +
- (There is no upper limit in PQE)
- Salary is competitive, negotiable and based upon experience
