Successful smaller to mid-sized commercial practice in North London is looking to expand their finance offering with the hire of an experienced banking lawyer. Expertise in advising banking on eg development loans, structured loans, secured lending generally would be of interest. The firm retains its partner-led offering within this full service office, acting for a surprisingly high quality roster of clients in London, regionally and internationally including large corporations, individual SMEs, family and household named businesses.
