An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join a flourishing firm based in Oxford.

The role:
Opening for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join a highly successful team in Oxford.
You will be working on a range of commercial property matters including high quality projects for national clients. The work will consist but is not limited to commercial leases, landlord and tenant, development, acquisitions and disposals.
This role encompasses business development projects engaging with builders, estate agents and investors in the sector. Therefore, you must be able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial flair that will drive forward the success of the real estate practice as one of the senior lawyers in the team.
This firm will give you a fantastic platform to advance your career in the commercial property space.
Requirements:
- 5+ years PQE (there is no upper limit of experience)
- You will have outstanding industry knowledge and technical expertise
- You will be comfortable taking on a diverse caseload
