Wills and Probate Lawyer

THE ROLE

We are looking to recruit an experienced Private Client - Wills & Probate Lawyer. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE although this is only a guideline-more junior applicants will be considered, and more senior applicants encouraged.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The lawyer will be responsible for drafting wills & lasting powers of attorneys, probate, trusts & estates, Court of Protection matters. You will be assisting in the development of this new Private Client/Conveyancing Department

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

Experience in Wills, Probate, Trusts, EPA/LPAs and Court of Protection work

Qualified Solicitor, legal executive or STEP - Min 2 years PQE

First class communicator

Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

Previous experience in conducting face to face client appointments

Proclaim Case Management system experience
