Debt Capital Markets/Finance Lawyer - Junior to Senior Associate level - top tier firm Dublin

The firm’s lawyers across all the main jurisdictions advise on all types of cross-border and international transactions with a focus on contentious and non-contentious corporate and finance law, investment and PE funds, structured products, capital markets, private capital and trusts. 

Due to significant levels of new instructions and a healthy pipeline to need has arisen to expand the Dublin office’s debt capital markets team. They advise on the full range of debt deals including bond issues, structured finance and structured products. This includes securitisation, repackagings, collateralised bond and loan offerings, note programmes, commercial paper and depository receipt programmes and convertible debt and warrants issues. 

Several associates are sought to join their busy team. Suitable candidates will have experience from junior associate to senior associate level. You will probably need to have at least 2 years’ pqe or equivalent up to senior associate. Your experience will have been gained in the environment of a top tier law firm although those with an in-house background will also be considered. Your experience could have been gained in any major jurisdiction and the focus for selection will be your technical skillset and not where you gained it. Those seeking to relocate to Dublin for the first time or those currently in Dublin with a major firm or in-house are sought.
