There is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level employment lawyer to join a small team within one of the most prestigious US firms in London.
The firm is best known for its corporate, finance and international dispute resolution capability, but alongside this there is an employment offering in London which offers stand-alone advice on issues as well as complementing the transactional teams.
This role will suit ambitious candidates who want to work in a small team on high-level matters, within a dynamic and meritocratic firm.
Candidates are being sought from international City firms, with at least 2 years of PQE in employment matters. Transactional M&A support experience is vital, and any experience of advising on executive remuneration/incentives especially within the context of private equity deals will be particularly helpful.
It is not required to have extensive contentious experience for this role as the focus will be on non-contentious/transactional matters.
Salaries are paid out at New York rates, making it one of very few firms to offer this for employment lawyers in London.
