About the Role
Our qualified finance lawyers handle a variety of complex matters relating to acquisition and leveraged financing, asset finance, banking, debt capital markets, derivatives, fund finance, insurance linked products, Islamic finance, repackaging (both via programmes and standalone transactions) and structured finance.

What You Bring
Applicants will have a first class academic background, admitted to practice in a recognised Commonwealth jurisdiction, at least 10 years' relevant post qualification experience ideally gained from a leading law firm in a major onshore or offshore jurisdiction. Candidates will have experience advising issuers, portfolio managers, collateral mangers and underwriters in collateralized loan obligation transactions.
