IP/CONTENT LAWYER, MEDIA, 1-4YRS+ PQE

Our client is a market leading international media company.

We are seeking a 1-4 year PQE commercial IP lawyer who has a content/programming/commercial legal background ideally to join this dynamic Content Legal team.

The role involves a range of media work spanning content distribution and commercial work. A significant part of this role is advising on the structuring, drafting and negotiation of distribution deals for linear and VOD content, across multiple transmission means / platforms in multiple territories. There will also be general advisory and project based work with continuous exposure to various forms of new media and the latest in new product development. Candidates who can show an interest in media content/ programming / technology already in their career will be favourably considered.

You will be a driven commercial/IP/ media lawyer (having gained experience from a reputable law firm or TMT company) with general IP, licensing and commercial experience, particularly in the field of television and digital media ideally.

You will be proactive and commercial in approach, with an analytical mind and a desire to broaden your existing knowledge and experience of media/content related matters.
