Commercial Property Associate

Chadwick Nott have received instruction from our client, an extremely well regarded firm within the region, with multiple offices and high quality clients. They are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor of at least 3 PQE to join their busy and successful Property team in their centrally situated Swindon office. Candidates will be offered high levels of responsibility and autonomy from day one, but will also be provided with the structure and support necessary to allow them to develop as a solicitor and progress their career with the firm.
The work on offer will be broad and varied, and will include working on Commercial Property transactions such as acquisitions, sales and refinancing of both freehold and leasehold commercial premises, developer land acquisitions and plot sales, as well as advising and negotiating on commercial leases.
If you are looking for a step up, this firm may come as a pleasant surprise. Range of work for SMEs and OMBs, friendly team, and office environment, and without the bureaucracy and chargeable time restraints of a larger practice. Our client is open minded and would consider a part-time fee earner along with a good degree of flexibility to work from home. Salary would be dependent on experience but certainly would be competitive.
