This boutique City of London firm offer a long-standing reputation for commercial litigation and insolvency. Housing heavy hitting Lawyers, they have grown steadily in recent years and are looking to continue their growth with a key hire.

Based in the City of London, this leading insolvency and litigation practice advises corporates and HNW individuals embroiled in contractual disputes. Originally founded to specialise in Insolvency, they work with nearly all the top insolvency practitioners and have an unrivalled amount of expertise - they have steadily grown and developed to offer an exceptional broad litigation offering.

You will find a dynamic, forward-thinking and progressive working environment, the firm offer a relaxed dress-down culture and a team-working environment, flexible working, lots of support and autonomy.

The firm is currently thriving throughout COVID-19 and has lots of new work. Most of the firm's clients are based in the UK, but they often handle cross-border cases for clients and have connections in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, South America, and the USA. Several of their lawyers are also bilingual.

The Role

The firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Partner to join their City of London office and to assist in further developing the departments offering.

You will deal with a very high-quality and broad caseload of Commercial Litigation matters, advising individuals and businesses on a broad spectrum of disputes. You will be given excellent opportunities to develop client relationships and expand the department as a key member of the team.

You will work alongside some of the industries most well-respected Partners, with a high level of autonomy and support.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Senior Commercial Litigation Partner
  • You will have a good firm background and broad Commercial Litigation experience
  • You will be commercially minded, with excellent business development experience
