The Role

Senior Banking Associate to join Top 20 international firm in Bristol

Globally orientated, the team acts for FTSE 100 & Global 500 companies on some of the more complex and HV transactions worldwide.

The team's expertise in acquisition and bid finance, real estate finance, structured finance, syndicated lending, secured lending, project finance, trade finance, asset finance, workouts and restructurings is supported by a 130 strong team and over 30 Partners.

Based in Bristol, you'll support banks, investment funds and borrower on both general and transactional banking matters, with a focus on corporate lending and acquisition finance.

The team's reputation is unmatched both regionally and on the international stage. Joining as a Senior, you'll work with colleagues across 12 offices globally, nurture relationships whilst supporting junior colleagues and Partner with your evolving insight.


  • You will be a qualified solicitor, 3-6 years PQE with a banking/finance background
  • Experience gained within leading international/regional firm
