The role:
The firm is seeking to appoint a Corporate Commercial Associate Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to take leading role within their Oxford office.
You will undertake a broad range of commercial and corporate work for businesses including SMEs, private clients, start-ups and UK subsidiaries of multi-nationals.
The team have built a varied and interesting client base which spans across the UK and are looking for someone who can continue to enhance the firm's presence in the corporate commercial sphere.
As an established senior solicitor who is comfortable running your own transactions, you will also have management responsibilities and be committed to developing junior members of the team.
Requirements:
- You will be 5+ years PQE and will have experience running your own corporate transactions
- You will have worked at a reputable regional practice
- You will be entrepreneurial and engage in business development projects
