The Role:

This is a stand-out opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join this well-regarded Private Client department as Head of Private Client in Manchester.

The team handles a broad range of Private Client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, LPA, and Court of Protection. You will lead a team of highly skilled Private Client Lawyers, working closely with them to develop and grow their confidence and ability, and increase performance.

You will also be involved in developing the practice further, being an active voice in the Private Client market and building a brand to generate new work. You will receive significant support from the Partners and will have a clear progression path, with Partnership on the cards in a short period.

Requirements:

• You will be a Private Client Solicitor with at least 8 years' experience (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
• You will have a strong background in all aspects of Private Client, including wills, trusts, probate, LPoAs, and Court of Protection.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and colleagues
• Able to undertake marketing and business development in order to contribute to profitability
• Confident leading a team, previous experience is essential
