Job Details
New commercial property role for a commercial property lawyer looking to work in Exeter - lovely offices in the centre of town. You will be c1 year pqe+ but could be 15yr pqe+! Our client is committed to growing it's real estate team, and this is a great opportunity for the right individual. Well respected, High St practice, you will be dealing with SME's and OMB's advising on wide range of commercial property transactions including leases, secured lending, landlord and tenant and buying and selling of freehold commercial.
