Job Details
Our client's New York office is currently seeking an associate with 3+ years of public securities and general corporate work experience. Specifically:
- Representing public and private companies, investment banks and/or investors with respect to securities offerings, 1934 Exchange Act reporting and compliance, and corporate governance.
- Drafting key legal documents for corporate and securities matters, such as registration statements, registration rights agreements, and stock purchase agreements.
- Drafting documents for private investment transactions (e.g. PIPEs, venture capital and growth capital) a plus.
