The role:

This firm are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor 2-6 years PQE to join their growing team based in Newbury, Berkshire.

The litigation team have an outstanding record and have built up an impressive reputation in this space. You will work on variety of residential and commercial disputes including but not limited to landlord and tenant, dilapidations, boundary disputes, construction and possession actions.

If you are an ambitious litigator then this is an opportunity to develop your technical skills under the careful management of a leading partner in the department. The team are going from strength to strength and so would benefit from someone who is entrepreneurial and wants to engage in business development projects as well.

This is an opportunity for a litigator to access some of the best property dispute work available based out of the firm's Newbury office.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years PQE in property litigation, ideally towards commercial
  • Outstanding communication skills and client care
  • Able to work collaboratively on larger projects
  • Ability to work on your own smaller files
