The Client
MLA are working with a US headquartered financial services business who have recently acquired a software company in the UK – they’re looking to hire a senior IT/SaaS lawyer for 4/6 months to oversee the recently bought business.
The Role
Reporting directly into the US, you will be given plenty of autonomy and be required to work closely with key stakeholders. The focus of the role will be on commercial contracts, software/tech licensing, SaaS agreements and outsourcing.
About You
We’d be interested to speak with candidates who have minimum 6+ PQE, have trained in a top 50 law firm or reputable in-house organisation, and who have a strong commercial/IT/IP background. Exposure to banking, fintech or financial services would also be welcomed but not essential. This role will be most likely be fully remote.
