The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Banking & Finance Lawyer to join a respected Legal 500 ranked Banking & Finance team in Manchester City Centre.

You will work closely with heavy-hitting partners advising major UK and European banks, investment funds, and PLCs on a broad range of transactions. You will be supported to develop and progress your career in a supportive and high performing environment.

You will have a level of client contact unheard of at a firm of this size, with Associates actively encouraged to build new and existing client relationships.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a genuinely first-class, market-leading Banking & Finance team. You will be supported to develop your technical ability and progress your career whilst earning an above market rate remuneration package and attractive bonus.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Banking & Finance Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
  • Have gained experience at a respected city or large regional law firm
  • You will be comfortable working independently and collaborating effectively as part of a team
  • Be willing to get involved in business development
  • Be keen to grow your skill base and progress your career at a leading international law firm.
