We are working with an international retail PLC, looking for a mid-level commercial lawyer to join the Legal Team for a period of 1 year. You must be able to start during May/early June 2021.

The role sits within the team which focusses on sourcing and will support Sourcing and Buying teams operating out of the UK, Europe and Asia. Reporting to the Legal Director, this role will suit a candidate with experience of drafting and negotiating supply agreements, vendor contracts as well as other commercial agreements etc. Key relationships will include buyers across the business, as well as other functions( including Finance and Quality).

Familiarity with contract management systems would be helpful and we are looking for a candidate qualified in England & Wales (or other common law jurisdiction) with at least some prior experience of the retail sector.
