The Role

3+ PQE Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join Top 100 firm in Bristol

Supporting both investors and developers nationally, and involved in an array of expanding sectors including Real Estate, Energy, Banking, Public Sector, Education and Charity, an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer has the opportunity to work alongside ranked and recommended colleagues.

The Partners and HOD seek to work alongside a senior lawyer to service complex and HNW transactions, take ownership of client relationships, whilst supporting leaders with colleague development.

The firm offers senior roles based on merit, not bureaucracy. This hire is strategic, as the team seeks those keen to develop internally.

The Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Property law
  • Results-driven, keen to progress and hungry to expand expertise
  • Willingness to guide and mentor colleagues when required
  • Successful BD and engagement
