COMMERCIAL/CORPORATE LAWYER, TMT

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial/Corporate Lawyer to join a highly successful, international TMT business as in-house Legal Counsel.

THE ROLE
As Legal Counsel, you will be part of a small yet high-performing team to deliver a first-class legal service across the group. This role will report into the General Counsel & Company Secretary and working closely with the management team you will be involved in:

• Advising on multi-jurisdictional commercial and company corporate matters, as well as compliance, litigation and regulatory matters from time to time
• Implementing effective governance for the Group with policies and procedures that are in-line with the company's corporate responsibilities and strategy
• Supporting key value and growth areas such as technology platforms and strategic roadmaps
• Delivering on day-to-day needs of other business functions as required

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

Our client is ideally looking for a 1-5 years+ PQE lawyer with solid commercial/corporate experience as well as ideally the following:

• Experience of working within a digital or tech environment or similar private practice experience
• Strong commercial contracting experience across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience of working within a regulated industry
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
