The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Partner into their Birmingham office.

The firm are seeking an experienced Partner, to assist in the next growth stage for this leading Top 200 firm in their Legal 500 ranked team.

You will be working within one of the regions strongest Commercial Property teams and will play a pivotal role, working with existing Partners to drive the department forwards and ensure future success.

You will also be responsible for managing and training junior fee earners and support staff within the department - so previous experience of this is advantageous.

This team are regularly referred work from other areas of the firm, and you will be given full support to service your own contacts should you be able to bring this with you.

Requirements

  • You will be an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer or Partner with 5 PQE +
  • You will have an excellent technical knowledge and proven experience in Commercial Property work matters and a strong billings history
  • You should have evidence of successful business development and a client following is highly advantageous
