This Top 50 firm are looking for a Corporate Solicitor NQ-4 years PQE to join their growing development practice based in Hampshire.

The corporate team has expanded rapidly over the last 12 months and they are eager to welcome a dynamic individual to the team who can make a significant contribution to their success. The firm has well defined progression pathways ready to be taken advantage of, so if you're passionate about the corporate world and want to establish yourself in the industry this is position well worth your consideration.

Your focus will incorporate VC amongst a broader range of corporate work. You'll be working alongside leading figures who have a strong presence in the sector and assist them with complex matters for some of the best and most interesting clients. This will be balanced with your own workload of smaller transactions to give you the autonomy to build your own client base.
