The Role
The firm are looking for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer to join their expanding Cambridge office
You will work closely with the Partners on a range of Corporate and Commercial matters. The firm are undergoing significant expansion, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive and ambition to the team.
The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work independently and as part of a wider team on a range of matters including:
- M&A
- Partnership and Shareholder agreements
- Drafting and reviewing terms and conditions
- and Commercial contracts
This team have a wealth of experience working with a varied client base. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern firm with a fresh outlook and outstanding progression prospects.
Requirements
- You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate with 5 PQE +
- You should have a strong technical knowledge of Corporate Commercial matters
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key
